Please allow up to 5 working days for your order to be lovingly created and dispatched. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive confirmation of dispatch along with any applicable tracking information.

Fast-Track Service

For those requiring their order sooner, a fast-track production service may be available for an additional charge.

As our products are individually handmade and customised, fast-track fees vary depending on the complexity and size of the order. Please contact us before placing your order to discuss availability and pricing.

Returns & Exchanges

Due to the bespoke nature of our products, all custom-made and personalised items are non-returnable and non-refundable, unless they arrive faulty or have been made incorrectly.

We kindly ask that all measurements, customisation details and design choices are carefully checked before placing your order.

If you believe your item has arrived damaged or there is an issue with your order, please contact us within 14 days of delivery. We will review each case individually and work with you to find a suitable resolution.
